Callout Fixes

The Callout fixes on this page does several things, by adding several lines of CSS

1. Normally photos on callout modules are split 50%/50% with content. Which is fine for larger photos. I changed the CSS to reduce this width from 50%/50% to 30%/70%. This effectively reduces the space for photo and increases space for content. The same technique could be used to increase the photo width beyond 50%.
2. On narrow widths  photos or icons on the left naturally stack above content. which is not an issue. However photos or icons on the right normally stack under content on narrow screens, which is often undesirable results. The CSS is used on this page places photo (or icons) above the content for both left and right images on narrow screens.
