Fixed Width Column

There have been some questions here about scaling and I did search through them but my question is sort of the opposite. One thing that does scale perfectly pixel for pixel on bb is column width. I have an svg inside a column that scales perfectly but on the low end of the desktop size, it’s too small. I want it honestly to stay the same size as it scales. Is there a way to lock an svg at a minimum width or a column at a minimum width? In pixels and just have the spacer column between my logo and menu button scale down? Sorry if that’s confusing I’ll find a link later I’m not at a computer
